We carefully package each order with intention, every piece is meant to support the story you're stepping into.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 U.S. Shipping Only (for now)

We currently ship to all U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping  but we’re working on it!

Digital Orders

Digital orders are automatically sent to your email when you finish your order. If you do not receive it in 24 hours please contact us at help@seleneandamara.com.

 Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): $7.95 flat rate

• FREE Shipping on U.S. orders over $150

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for heavier or oversized packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after it’s scanned.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), weather, or incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for not delivered packages by any carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked “delivered,” it is out of our hands.

We recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or household members

• Contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number

• Emailing us if you need help filing a claim
