2. Styling Services
Selene & Amara Styling provides professional image consulting, closet audits, and personal shopping experiences. We strive to provide accurate style advice based on individual client profiles, though outcomes are personal and subjective. We reserve the right to modify service offerings or pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system. We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless a deposit was required during the booking process. We accept major credit cards and digital payments as specified in our invoicing. Any third-party costs incurred during personal shopping (e.g., clothing purchases) are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
The Soft Identity Method™ and all original content, including logos, text, and curated style guides provided to clients, are the intellectual property of Selene & Amara Styling. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Selene & Amara Styling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with clothing purchases or stylistic recommendations.
7. Blog & Educational Content
The information provided through The Reverie blog, podcast episodes, social media, newsletters, and website content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website should be considered: Medical advice, Mental health advice, Financial advice, Legal advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and implement any information provided.
