REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every piece in your comeback closet but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Returns for Store Credit or Exchange Only

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
We do not offer refunds at this time.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, scents, or damage

  • Return must be initiated within 14. days of delivery

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at help@seleneandamara.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  3. After we receive your item, we’ll issue a store credit (via gift card) or process the exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Bodysuits or intimate wear

  • Ebooks

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Accessories (earrings, hats, jewelry, scarfs, etc.)

  • Styling or Stylist services
