Cancellation Policy

✧ Selene & Amara — Updated Booking Policy ✧ At Selene & Amara, every session is intentional. This is not just about clothing, it’s about returning to yourself. To protect both your experience and my time, please review the following before booking. ✧ Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through the scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once booked, your time is reserved exclusively for you. ✧ Rescheduling Life happens, I understand. You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours will not be accommodated. ✧ Cancellations Due to the nature of this work and limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your session, the payment will not be returned. You may reschedule within the allowed window instead. ✧ No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your session will be marked as a no-show and will not be rescheduled or refunded. ✧ Session Experience Sessions are designed to be focused, intentional, and uninterrupted. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited. ✧ Communication All communication regarding your booking must be made prior to your session time. This allows me to fully prepare and hold space for your transformation. ✧ A Gentle Note This work is personal. It requires honesty, presence, and a willingness to see yourself differently. If you’re not ready, that’s okay. But if you are; this space is held with care, clarity, and intention.
